Built between 1748 and 1782, the Sé Cathedral with its construction plans from Portugal and interventions by the Italian architect Antonio Landi. It was decorated by Italian artists, among them Luca Carimini marble. In Sé Cathedral where he starts the Candle of Our Lady of Nazareth, is also dedicated to Our Lady of Grace, the patroness saint of Belém.
